Colby Souders

Colby Souders, M.D.

Dr. Souders is the Assistant Professor at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She completed her undergraduate degree at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Souders completed medical school at the University of California, Los Angeles, and her fellowship at the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical Center.

She specializes in treating urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, urethral diverticula, overactive bladder, voiding dysfunction, neurogenic bladder, and urinary tract infections.

Dr. Souders is a proud recipient of the Comparative Effectiveness Research Award and is a lead Co-Investigator for the University of Kansas Medical Center Site.

Her patient care philosophy is to improve the quality of her patient’s life. She believes in listening carefully to patients to determine the symptoms of their conditions and developing effective treatment options.

In her personal life, she enjoys participating in community service, attending live music events, traveling, family, and chocolate.
